Zen Payments Issues

If you have a recurring charge from Zen Payments that you wish to cancel, first please sign into the site and then click/tap the Manage Subscription link in the footer. CC Bill Issues

Complaints

 

For all complaints, please contact us through the contact form below. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant.

 

Appeals

 

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email [email protected]. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party.
